Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass is scheduled Thursday to fly to Columbus, Ohio for the four-day United States Conference of Mayors 91st Meeting, which begins Friday. Bass, Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson and Irvine Mayor Farrah N. Kahn are among the scheduled speakers Sunday at a 'Best Practices Forum' on 'Local Strategies to Reduce Homelessness.'
